Return Policy

Returns

We make a great effort to provide quality photos and descriptions of our offerings.  We do offer returns in the event that you receive your item and are not pleased, or it was not what you were expecting.  If you would like to make a return, please contact us immediately (the same day) upon receiving your item.  Please be advised that we do not refund shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.  If you used a third party shipper to ship your item (such as furniture or fragile art), we cannot control what may have occured during shipping or travel, and any claim should be handled between you and your shipper.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an expected refund, contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping

To return your item, you should ship your item to: Buzzards Roost, 718 Commerce Street, Lynchburg VA USA 24504.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, any shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
