Antique, pre-owned condition. The frame has some surface wear such as scuffing, there is loss and discolored areas to the paper on the back, and you can see some evidence of long since dried up water damage on the bottom of the back paper. The glass has some scratching which is difficult to photograph but I tried in the last couple images. See images.
