Antique, used condition, some chipping to the enamel and wear and loss to the dial.  The clock is currently running when level, but has not been serviced by us.  It is important to note that old clocks sometimes need cleaning, repair, adjustment or other servicing, and this can sometimes be necessary after the jostling that may occur during shipping.  A key is included.  See photos.
