Art Deco period micro bead purse with beaded body and bakelite frame.  It measures about 12" tall from top of push button to bottom of fringe.  Including strap, it hangs about 17".  It's about 6.5" wide.  Push button and snap closure are in good working order.  Inner frame is stamped "63" on both sides.
