Antique, pre-owned condition, distressed throughout, dings and scratches to surface, refinished surface, paint remnants and residue, some repairs and replaced molding near top, no key, hardware or handle removed. Not sure whether this began its life as a hanging piece, but it's been used that way for a long time judging by the paint residue on the bottom. See photos.
