Limoges, c. 1883-1885; pitcher measures about 5 5/8" height, sugar about 6.5" height (dollar bill shown in image for size comparison only).  Antique, pre-owned, used condition; one chip to sugar lid on the underside edge (visible when opened and looking at bottom of lid).
