Greetings and thank you for your ongoing support!  We appreciate you visiting our site.  The holiday weekend has given us an opportunity to get caught up during what has been a very hectic 2016 thus far.  We so appreciate you hanging in there with us!

Keep an eye on the site as we have just acquired a nice collection of primitives and other antiques which will continue making its way online over the coming days.  We have been slammed with sellers lately, so buying is really picking up and we expect to offer some great inventory over the next several months.

New this year, we have opened an etsy store as another avenue for selling online - be sure and favorite our shop if you are an etsy shopper (LBBuzzardsRoost on etsy)!  As always, keep an eye on our eBay store for vintage and estate items as well.

If you are thinking of selling, give us a shout and email pictures - we'd love to see what you have.

We appreciate each of you visiting!  Enjoy the holiday weekend!

At long last, WELCOME to our new and improved website, which reflects much of our current inventory and marks the launch of our new online store!  Be sure to check the Window Shopping page to peruse much of our current inventory in antiques.  To see inventory by date of arrival, you will just want to click Window Shopping.  If you are looking for something specific, you may choose from item categories by hovering over Window Shopping in the menu bar above.  Not everything is in a category, so to see it all, you will still want to check Window Shopping generally.

Our secure checkout allows you to buy with confidence online via our website.  Additionally, you are always welcome to call the shop to inquire about a particular item or pay with a credit card over the telephone - (434) 847-4368.  We feel our photographs best describe the items we are selling.  We go to great lengths to provide you with photos so good that it is like seeing the item in person.  If you are still unsure about a piece or have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  You may also contact us via email.

In addition, our eBay Store is growing rapidly and will always feature an array of antiques and estate/vintage items, many of which which may not necessarily be found in the physical shop or the website.

We thank you for your continued support as we celebrate 3 years in business this holiday season.  We welcome your feedback on the website and in general.

Our best wishes for a happy holiday season,

Todd & Shannon

We hope you all had a great summer and are enjoying the fall weather as much as we are!  We are getting beautiful antiques new to the shop regularly – we have a great selection of early corner cupboards right now, including examples from Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Virginia.  In recent months, we have significantly expanded our selection of antique stoneware crocks and jugs.  Other recent acquisitions include a collection of Ethiopian items, late 19th century pine chests, and plenty of beautiful 18th – 19th century American furniture, samplers, and decorative items.  We have also begun purchasing and selling modern estates in the form of sidewalks sales, but the shop will always feature the lovely antiques you have come to expect.

Please visit and like our Facebook page, as it is the best way to keep up with our latest acquisitions – you will also be kept up to speed in terms of sales and other events.  Keep an eye out for our holiday party in the coming months!  Thank you for your continued support as we prepare to celebrate two years in business!  We appreciate each of you very much!

It’s hard to believe March is here!  Last weekend was great in the shop, and we so enjoyed seeing so many regulars and new customers!  Many of you found us for the first time as a result of the Loft Tour and/or the feature on our loft which ran in The News & Advance and The Burg.  Welcome, and we are so happy you found us!

We want you to know that we care about our customers – each of you, buyers and sellers alike!  You may have noticed that we update our site regularly – it is important to us to keep a web presence that is not stagnant.  We strive to keep our Window Shopping page up to date, but keep in mind that we do not photograph 100% of our inventory – AND we love seeing you, so it is always best to swing by and browse!
